1- You only need 24 Hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Credit Hours for API 510, API 570 & API 653 Recertification every 3 years.
2- You don’t need CPD for other Certifications such as API 571, API 577, API 580, API 1169, API SIFE, API SIRE, etc.
3- If you have more than one certificate, for example, if you have both API 510 & API 570 certificates, you still need 24 Hours CPD and NOT 48 hours. You can use the same CPD for both your certification.
4- Every 6 years, you also need to pass a recertification quiz for API 510, API 570 & API 653. These quizzez are 25 questions each and you are given four hours to pass. You can also pause twice during the exam. You can also use the codes and recommended practice for answering.
5- Our recertification quizzez included in our API 510, API 570, & API 653 CPD courses are optional to try. This means, you shall still receive our CPD certificate needed for your Recertification regardless you attempted our timed quizzez or not. These quizzez are simply intended to prepare you for API recertification quiz.
6- Our CPD courses are wholly made of videos and animations and accessible upto 10 weeks from purchase of the course. This does not mean you need 10 weeks to complete it. 24 CPD means 24 Contact hours, so, you can even complete it in a day or two.
