Management of Change (MOC) is a systematic approach dealing with the proposed changes and it’s effect on other activities, processes and equipment.
Changes need to be approved by the client before being implemented by the SUPPLIER.
For example; If the supplier intends to change the material or part of design, then, he needs to put it into writing informing the client.
Any changes need to be reviewed by the client for it’s impact on schedule, quality and cost as well as any consequence on the equipment, processes and project schedule.
There shall be a documented management of change procedure on how to handle changes.
