eLearning Course Access

Your course access is personal and non-transferable.

 

Unless otherwise stated, your course access remains available for the period specified at the time of purchase.

 

 


Examination Support Policy

We are committed to supporting our learners throughout their certification journey.

 

 

If you do not pass your API examination

If you are unsuccessful in your API Individual Certification Program (ICP) examination, simply send us a copy of your official examination score report.

 

Subject to verification, we will provide an additional six (6) months of access to the same eLearning course at no additional cost, enabling you to prepare for your next examination attempt.

 

Acceptance of this complimentary extension constitutes acceptance that the original purchase is complete and no refund will be due.

 

Please note that free renewal is only applicable for our full online courses only. Mock exam and Premium Mock Exam Packages are not renewed upon expiry of duration of the course and need to be re purchased.

 

 

If your examination is postponed or deferred

If your examination is postponed or deferred for any reason, please let us know before your course access expires.

 

Where appropriate, we may extend your course access by up to four (6) additional months at no extra charge, subject to our review and approval.

 

 


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK), you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of placing your order, provided that you have not accessed or begun using the digital course content.

 

If, during this 14-day cancellation period, you choose to access the course materials, activate your account, or redeem your course, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund may no longer apply.
