All the contents of our courses are copyright of the Training and Inspection Services exclusively. Anybody who visit our website; use our free modules and quizzes; purchase our e-learning courses or attend the classroom training is strongly advised to refrain from copying, reproducing, or sharing access with any other individual since our courses access is exclusively for the individual who bought the course.
Failure to do so shall lead to immediate termination of course access without any refund whatsoever and may instigate criminal proceeding by Training and Inspection services Ltd against the individual violating our copyright.
Our E-learning courses Refund Policy and your options:
If you fail the exam, you have two options:
- Submit your score card as an evidence for failure in the relevant API ICP examination and request for another 4 months extension for free in order to re-sit for the same exam in which case you shall waive the right to refund and the sale shall be final and concluded.
- Submit your failed score card and Request for a refund in which case you shall be refunded minus administration charge and any other charges that may apply.
All extension request for course access as well as the refund request to our courses shall be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org ; or by filling our “Contact Us” form or posted to: 163, Robin hood way, London SW15 3QG, UK attaching your score card showing that you have failed the exam.
Full Refunds (less banking fee, currency exchange fee and any other fees such as pay pal fee, instalment fee that we have incurred) shall be made within 14 Calendar Days subject to fulfilment of above conditions.
Training & Inspection Services Ltd. accepts refund request only from the individual or company who bought the course.
You may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

2- Use our ” Contact Us” form.
Please provide your name, the course title, date of purchase and price.
If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.

Refunds & Cancellations shall take up to 14 Calendar days to process.
