How to prepare for the Open-Book Examination?

Efficient navigation of the reference codes is one of the most valuable examination skills.

When using printed codes for study, many candidates improve their speed by:

• Using page tabs to mark important sections
• Highlighting key paragraphs
• Adding brief notes in the page margins (where permitted for study purposes)

Throughout our training, we identify the most frequently referenced sections of each code and demonstrate where calculation formulas, important tables, and commonly tested requirements are located.
