Validate Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) performed on the actual pipe welding positions that will be required (1G, 2G, 5G, 6G).

3. 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙋𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
Misaligned bevels can lead to lack of penetration defects. Use fit-up gauges, laser alignment tools, bevel gauge.
