The supplier shall adhere to the instructions and reference documents included in the purchase order.
In case of discrepancy between reference documents, normally, the following order of precedence is observed:
- Contract, Specific Conditions
- Contract, General Conditions
- Basis of Design (B O D)
- Documents that require deviation to be approved by Client including Design Criteria, Philosophies, PFDs, Plot Plans
- Documents that require deviation to be approved by Principal Contractor including Specifications, drawings.
